Paper, Scissors, Play offers NDIS services for children who are:

  • Plan–Managed NDIS Funds (Ages 0-14).

  • Self-Managed NDIS Funds (Ages 0-14).

Our NDIS hourly rates are based on the fees outlined in the NDIS Price Guide.

Additional fees may be charged for administration as per the NDIS Price Guide.

NDIS Fees:

OT Home or Community-Based sessions $193.99 per hour

Teletherapy sessions $193.99 per hour

Report Writing $193.99 per hour
Charged at the hourly rate

Resources $193.99 per hour
Charged at the hourly rate


Travel time:

Our travel rates are calculated using the NDIS Price Guide.

NDIS Cancellation Policy:

NDIS guidelines state that a 100% cancellation fee applies if less than
2 days (48 hours) notice is given to cancel an appointment. This cancellation fee will be charged at the standard NDIS session cost of $193.99 per hour. Cancellations can be made via a phone call or text message to your Therapist
(8:00 am-5.00 pm) or via email if after hours.

If more than 2 days (48 hours) notice is given, then no cancellation fee is charged.

Medicare

A Chronic Disease Management Plan – formerly known as the Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) can be accessed through your GP. It entitles your child to up to 5 therapy sessions per calendar year with an Allied Health Professional. To be eligible for this plan, your child’s medical condition must be considered chronic, meaning it has been present for at least 6 months and they have needs in more than one area. They must also be receiving care from at least two other health professionals.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare Rebate $56.00

Paper, Scissors, Play is currently unable to process Medicare rebates on your behalf. We ask that when you receive an invoice you settle the account in full. We will then issue a receipt that you can use to claim your rebate from Medicare.
